With that as a vision, the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) of Indian Government aims to achieve a massive countrywide infrastructure reaching down to the remotest of villages, and large-scale digitization of records to enable easy, reliable access over the internet,while ensuring efficiency, transparency and reliability of such services at affordable costs. The plan seeks to create the right governance and institutional mechanisms by setting up the core infrastructure and policies and implement a number of Mission Mode Projects and Components at the Center, State and integrated service levels to create a citizen-centric and business-centric environment for governance. Importance is also given to utilize emerging technologies such as Cloud and Mobile Platform and focus on integration of their services.

Sikkim Integrated Financial Management System
(Web Application)

The design, development and implementation of the “Integrated Financial Management System” for the Government of Sikkim, India, is an e-Governance project funded by the Government of India, by which the Department of Information Technology, Government of Sikkim had taken up the computerization of the financial functions of the State Government in phases. The software solution is a centralized web application integrating the various functions of the Finance, Revenue and Expenditure Department, Government of Sikkim, like Budget section, Pay & Accounts Offices, Pension section, Group Insurance section, etc.

State Government Employee’s and Pensioner’s Data Management System
(Web Application)

The State Government of Sikkim Employees and Pensioners Data Management System monitors and accurately computes the number of employees and aggregate payments towards them at present and future. The system enables to assess accurately the number of employees, financial implications in respect of these workers and to project its liability on account of salary and pensions into the future so as to effectively plan to restrain it and commit expenditure towards development outlays. The Data Management System provides to collate all employment related data for various analytical purposes.

Urban Local Body (ULB) Accounting System
(Desktop Application)

This desktop application was designed and developed as the back-office accounting system for a Municipal Corporation. The application has various modules for the Budgeting, Revenue Collections Management, Expenditure Management and General Accounting. The various modules in the package help the Municipal Corporation for the management of the demand and collection of its taxes and other revenues, manage the Government grants, Loans & Advances, Employee Payroll, budget v/s actual analysis, etc. The financial statements of the ULB viz. Balance Sheet, P/L statement, etc. could be generated from the system.
